integrated business systems and practices to help businesses prosper
and grow. We specialize in financial management through enterprise
resource planning (ERP) and customer relationship management (CRM),
document services and managed services (remote support, accounting
backoffice, business development front office, sales backoffice)
using a combination of dedicated staff and NetSuite in the US
and in India.

Our team – Softype
was founded in 2000 by Arvind Khilnani and Nana Luz. Arvind has
held positions in university teaching, management consulting and
entrepreneurship. He is an expert on business process mapping
and strategic global positioning. He holds a bachelors degree
in Electrical Engineering from MIT, a masters in Management from
MIT, and a Ph.D. in Engineering-Economic Systems from Stanford
University.
Nana Luz is a serial entrepreneur, having spent sixteen years
in the printing business and 4 years in an international sourcing
business. Nana has a bachelors degree in International Relations
from Stanford University and is in charge of project implementations
at Softype.
Together with the Softype teams in Mumbai and California, Arvind
and Nana have combined their talents and experience in providing
business consulting, system implementation, and support services
to small and mid-sized companies interested in building and growing
successful global businesses.
